It is my lifes passion to live in joy and to assist others on their way to the "big happy" !

For me that path has always been singing, playing, acting, performing.

I have learned from  performing, from my magnificent teachers and  my magnificent students.

Since 2000 I have been a regular participant of Peter K. Elkus´ Masterclasses.

My start, way back when: was in an acting school in Hamburg- that does sadly no longer exist (still did learn a lot of good stuff there;)

I have worked with singing and acting teachers, participated in classes: in Germany, France, the UK and the USA.

Alexander Technique has been my constant companion for a long time. I am happy to report that my teacher Ulli Pawlas has now an Alexander Technique school!

Great fun and big influence and several times attendance of the workshops of Abraham Hicks.

I was lucky enough to have had fencing lessons with Tim Gerresheim, Hamburg.

Horses have been part of my life since I was 4 years old, so was acrobatics, dancing and other weirder sports- I´ll tell you one day.

My fairly new obsession is Marathon and Triathlon... next 42km on 13.09.2020 in Hamburg:)
